The Twitter commands with Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 11 can be disabled by following information in the following link. This is not an official Nuance solution but it works. The commands seem to be far too easily recognised and thus resulting in the "Post to Twitter" dialogue box appearing fairly regularly.
