Ich möchte mir demnächst zu beruflichen Zwecken ein Windows 10 Tablet/Convertible kaufen. Auf meinem stationären PC mit entsprechender Rechenleistung läuft DPI 15 einwandfrei. Ich würde Dragon auch gerne auf dem Tablet nutzen. Gibt es Erfahrungswerte, auf welchen dieser Geräte Dragon einigermaßen flüssig läuft?
Folgendes Gerät käme für mein Budget von 300 bis ca. 350 € zum Beispiel infrage:
ACER Aspire Switch 10 E (SW3-016-108R), Convertible mit 10.1 Zoll, 64 GB Speicher, 4 GB RAM, Intel Atom x5-Z8300 Prozessor, Windows 10 Home (64 Bit)

The single thread compute power of the Intel Atom is just less than 20% of the compute power of your i5 machine.

I have tried DPI 15 on an Intel Atom processor and I would recommend against buying such machine. You will probably be able to get DPI 15 installed and working on the machine. However, because of the limited cooling characteristics on those machines running the Intel Atom processor, the processor will throttle and Dragon will become unresponsive.

The best case would be that you would only be able to use straight speech to text within Dragon Pad with any level of reliability. Even then, you would have noticeable lag. Some people find that experience acceptable, but I don't. Your experience would not be close to that of your i5 machine.

If you decide to go ahead and purchase the Acer machine, make sure that wherever you purchase your machine has a no questions asked, full refund policy, since you will likely be unhappy with that machine's performance.
