das passiert nicht ab und zu, ich kann das 100mal hintereinander machen. es steht auch "zum zeilenende" in der erkennungsansicht, aber das mikro ist dann aus.
Excuse me replying to you in English. You have probably set your hotkey for your Dragon microphone to the same key combination used by Microsoft Word for "end of line". Possibly the "end" key. Change the hotkey combination for your microphone and it should be okay.

You probably got it, mate. That would have been my next clue, but how can I keep up with you when I am on the road almost all day long, even missing some of the most interesting discussions going on in other places? - I just hate that job, for sure.

Unfortunately Dragon crashing with Word is one of those problems that occurs again and again. One major issue that causes the problem is regarding mixing correction by voice and correction by mouse and keyboard. It seems that Rüdiger has already suggested this scenario and it does not appear to be the problem in your case.
One other scenario that I have come across several times is that Dragon seem to have problems with the docx format whereas not with the doc format so it may be worth trying to save your file, at least for diagnostic purposes, in this different format if indeed you are using docx.
You could also post your Dragon log but I would be less than optimistic about finding the problem due to the amount of DNS/Microsoft Word crashes that seem to be around these days.
Incidentally today we have heard from several customers, with outstanding long-term problems, that they have received communications from Nuance technical support informing them that version 12 is on the horizon and they are expecting a fix for their particular problems with version 12.
In plain English what that means is that it is very likely that nuance have completely dropped any pretence of trying to resolve such problems as Microsoft Word crashing with version 11 and basically you may have to wait for version 12.
In terms of a release date they will only say that they will find out two weeks before the actual date and my best estimate would be towards the end of the year.
some of us - like me - have to live with crashes until version 12, because nuance isn't able to create an update. so we are forced to buy version 12 at the end of the year (hopefully). is this nuance's idea of keeping their customers satisfied?
In case you want to live without crashes, which is what I do, stick to using DragonPad.
